BOOKING A SPACE

Are you looking for a space in Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe? Then you've come to the right place. Here is an overview of our spaces.

Since February 1, 2025, we have revised our regulations for the use of our spaces. In this document you will find which spaces we have available, the rates and all requirements and details regarding the use of the halls.

TERMS

• Drinks are ordered from the Bistro next door. You can also bring your own drinks for an activity, but then you have to pay the Bistro a flat rate of €150. Submit your drink order to the Bistro at least 10 days before the activity. That way there will always be enough in stock. For meals you can go to the Bistro, but you may also use your own caterer.
• You are civilly and legally liable for the activities you organize in Op-Weule. Make sure the necessary insurances are in order.
• Do you need a projector, screen or other equipment? You can book this through the request form aswell. If equipment is not reserved in advance, it cannot be used during the activity. In case of damage or loss, the price for repair or purchase will be billed.
• If you wish to cancel the reservation of the room or venue, please notify us at least seven days in advance. If you fail to do so, we may charge a damage fee of 50% of the rent.
• After the activity, please clean the room. Chairs and tables are put back, your own equipment is taken away, tables are cleaned and the room is swept if necessary. Broom, dustpan and brush can be found in the storage room near room 3 or you can ask the janitor.
• Please note that smoking is prohibited throughout the building and in the Bistro. Since 2025, smoke-free zones have been expanded. Smoking is no longer allowed within a 10-meter radius of the community centre. The petanque field has been established as a provisional smoking zone.
